Pentart Fabric Masking medium is designed to work with the batik fabric paint. Paint the medium in an area where you want to use a resist technique. Let the medium dry for 24 hours and then dye the area with batik fabric. The areas where the medium were will not be dyed. You can use the product through a stencil.
