The Pentart 100ml Glitter Decoupage Varnish & Glue is a water-based varnish and glue set that creates a glittering, spakling effect. The material is ideal for decoupage techniques by spreading evenly and easily across the surface. To use, apply the varnish and glue underneath and on top of your rice paper or napkin. For best results on regular paper, soak before use. Then, apply the varnish on top of the paper, starting from the center and moving to the sides to remove air bubbles.
