This project kit includes almost everything you need to create this super fun Fall themed baseball hat! I've also filmed a video to make it super easy for you to follow along. You'll love decoupaging with the all new Decoupage Queen papers onto a fabric hat, then embellishing with lace and florals. We'll even do a little bit of painting on fabric as well.
